At MAEERE, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, here is our policy on refunds and returns.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, gift cards, and downloadable software products.
Process for Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
